Alaska Bald Eagle Festival
Held every November in Haines,
Alaska, the Festival offers photographic and educational activities
second to NONE!

of the largest concentration of Bald Eagles in the World -- 3,000-4,000
-- make their way to Haines each winter to the Chilkat Bald Eagle
Preserve. You have to see it to believe it!

The Sheldon Museum and Cultural Center, Inc.,
is a major cultural and historical center for the Chilkat Valley.
Centrally located on Main Street in Haines just above the boat harbor,
it is a “must see” for visitors. The museum offers programs
and special exhibits throughout the year.
