Mario Benassi is an acclaimed freelance wildlife cinematographer, master falconer, and environmental activist based in Haines, Alaska. Known for his close partnerships with indigenous wildlife, Benassi has spent decades filming in remote landscapes for major networks such as National Geographic, PBS, and the Discovery Channel and advocating for the preservation of local river ecosystems.
